首先阐述了IGBT模型参数辨识的基本思想,以IGBT为例,给出了采用JNI技术、基于GPIB接口的波形采集方案。详细给出了软、硬件实施方案,得到了预期的IGBT导通及关断波形。
The principles of IGBT parameter identification are introduced. By the IGBT, the waveform acquisition strategy based on GPIB interface and JNI is put forward. The detailed software and hardware implementation procedures are presented, and the anticipative turn-on and turn-off waveform of IGBT are obtained.
