摘要
为净化黄磷尾气中的主要废气PH3,利用高浓度CO气体,实验选出了净化PH3气体的最佳催化剂;优化了催化氧化实验条件,并对催化剂进行再生。结果表明:铜离子催化剂的净化效果最好;最佳实验条件:反应温度95℃、浸渍液浓度0.25 mol/L;再生炭的吸附容量从2.47766 mg/g增至4.99546 mg/g,最高净化效率可达89%。
Purification of PH3 from yellow phosphoric tall gas by catalytic oxidation was reported, and the optimal condition was chosen. Result showed that Cu^2 + was the best catalyst, and the purification rate could be reach 89% and the capacity of regenerated charcoal increased to 4. 9955 mg/g from 2. 4777 mg/g when the concentration of Cu^2 + was 0. 25mol/1 and reacted at 95 oC.
