摘要
对野生植物接骨木的营养成分进行了分析,结果表明,接骨木中含有多种营养成分,丰富的矿质元素和维生素及其β-胡萝卜素,至少含有17种氨基酸。
Nutrients from Sambucus Williamsii Hance was analyzed. Result showed that mineral elements, fibers, proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins including β- carotene and 17 amino acids contained in the plant.
