摘要
燃煤烟气中二氧化硫和氮氧化物的危害已众所周知,其中SO2的控制采用了湿式石灰石-石膏法、烟气循环流化床法、海水脱硫等技术,以湿式石灰石-石膏法为主。对于氮氧化物控制,一般采用的较成熟工艺是在脱硫装置后面加装一套脱硝装置如选择性催化还原(SCR)或选择性非催化还原(SNCR),以选择性催化还原(SCR)为主,从而实现联合脱硫脱氮,这是分级治理方式。这种方式不仅占地面积大,而且投资和运行费用高,为了降低烟气净化的费用,开发同时脱硫脱硝新技术、新设备已迫在眉睫。
Technology on desulfurization and denitrification from flue gas was introduced. The control of sulfur dioxide usually adopted wet limestone - plaster desulfuration, flue gas circulating fluidized bed and sea water desulfurization, whereas the control of nitrogen dioxides used relatively maturate denitrification equipment such as selective catalytic and noncatalytic reduction after desulfufization, which required large area of land and high investment and run expensively. Thus, development of new technology and equipment for simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification was imperative.
