负效应经济评估法在城市管道工程评价中应用初探

Basic Research on Trenchless Construction＇s Cost by Disutility-cost

本篇首先提出无法对管道工程在城市环境和交通方面负面影响的量化评估是导致非开挖技术发展不平衡的一个重要原因。然后采用负效应经济分析法对城市管道工程的经济造价作出了系统的分析，并且通过数学公式表达了各项因素之间的关系，最后提出了解决公式中细节问题的方法。

This paper puts forward a disutility-cost assessing method combined with linear regression method. Firstly the total disutility of trenchless construction can objectively be estimated by quantitative analysis on the factors related to trenchless construction. Then, on the basis of the assessment we can get the cost model for calculation and decide the characteristic parameters and empirical constant of the cost model by means of linear regression method. Finally the cost advantage of trenchless construction will be worked out by comparing with other construction method of underground utilities. This paper would be helpful for engineers to make a rational decision on underground utilities construction.
