摘要
在治道思想研究的视域中,道教的道崇拜、神仙崇拜和生命崇拜三个基本信仰观念所涵摄的治道功能,主要体现在对治道模式及个体行为的价值导向,如战略管理和决策咨询功能、个体行为导向功能、工作价值观塑造功能、提供作为治道原则的“利生”维度等。
The study of the concept of governance shows that Taoist beliefs have the function of governance. Specifically, the three basic Taoist beliefs, that is, the Tao worship, Deity worship and Life worship, materialize their function of governance in the value orientation of the governance model and the individual behavior, such as the function of strategic management and decision-making consultation, the function of individual behavior orientation, the function of creating working-values, and the function of providing Beneficial-toLife dimension as a governance principle.
