摘要
目的：研究小型组织块再（移）植的新方法。方法：采用显微外科吻合微小血管进行小型组织块再（移）植，从而为重要部位小型组织块伤缺达到有效的修复。结果：施行手术治疗８６例，其中失败２例，成功８４例，成功的病例术后均恢复了较好功能与外观。结论：小型组织再（移）植成功为伤者提供了修复新方法。
Objective:Searching for a new method to transplant or replant the mini tissue mass Method:Anastomosing the micrangium or the small vessels of the mini tissue mass with the method of microsurgery Results:86 cases were performed,both the appearance and the function of the repaired organ were excellent in 84 cases,only 2 cases were failure Conclusion:The tissue defect in the patients can be repaired successfully with the transplantation or the replantation of the mini tissue mass
