水疗2号方生态水疗法治疗小儿秋季腹泻50例临床观察

The Second Shuiliao Decoction for children diarrhea:an observation of 50 cases

目的:观察水疗2号方生态水疗法治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将100例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,两组病例均根据病情给予对症支持疗法,在此基础上,治疗组采用水疗2号方生态水疗法,对照组给予生理盐水加思密达保留灌肠。结果:治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率70%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:水疗2号方生态水疗法用于治疗小儿秋季腹泻有良好疗效。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effects by using the Second Shuiliao Decoction for children diarrhea. Methods： Divided 100 clinic and ward patients randomly into the observation group and the control group. In the observation group, 50 patients using the Second Shuiliao Decoction one time per day. In the control group, 50 patients using Smecta one time per day. Both groups stopped using other interrelated treatment medicines and were observed for one period of treatment （3 days per treatment）. Results： Among the 50 patients in the observation group, the total effective rate was 90 %. Among the 50 cases in the control group, the total effective rate was 70 %. There was a marked difference by comparing the total effective rates between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： This shows that the Second Shuiliao Decoction has a better clinical effect than Smecta for the treatment of children with diarrhea.
