混联法生产中拜耳法系统补碱新工艺

摘要 根据混联法生产氧化铝的特点,本文从节能降耗出发,提出用烧结法粗液向拜耳法补碱的新工艺.经过实验室和工业试验得出:烧结法系统去拜耳法补碱的粗液量为补碱后拜耳法浆液总量的1/10~2/10。该新工艺可减轻烧结法脱硅机负荷,节约汽耗,同时降低拜耳法种分精液αk,为砂状氧化铝的生产创造有利条件。 According to alumina characteristics produced by combination- process, this paper proceeds from economizing on energy & cutting down the consumption and points out the new process - using the coarse liquor from sintering process to supplement caustic of Bayer process. It' s concluded from laboratory and industrial test: the amount of coarse liquor to Bayer process supplementing caustic in sintering system is 1/10- 2/10 amount of Bayer process after supplementing caustic. The new process can reduce the desilication load in sintering - process, save steam consumption, lower fresh liquor αk of seed precipitation by Bayer process, and create favourable conditions for sandy alumina production.
