摘要
针对某热电厂向氧化铝溶出提供加热蒸汽的供汽系统,提出了用高背压式汽轮发电机组替代减温减压装置,利用压差发电,并确定了高背压式汽轮发电机组参数。实际运行中,高背压式汽轮发电机组替代减温减压装置向溶出供汽,平均发电功率为2335kW,年可发电1792万度。
With regard to the steam supply system which supplies heat to the alumina digestion system in the thermal power plant, a high back pressure turbo generator set as a substitute for the temperature and pressure reduction equipment is proposed. It generates power with differential pressure. The set parameters are worked out. It generates 2335kw power, i . e. 1792 × 10^4 kwh in a year.
