摘要
目的:证实静脉动脉化肌腱游离移植的可行性,为临床提供依据。方法:选用新西兰兔进行静脉动脉化胫后肌腱游离移植与游离胫后肌腱移植比较,于术后不同时间行大体、组织学观察及生物力学检查。结果:静脉动脉化肌腱游离移植改善移植肌腱的愈合环境,减少局部粘连,改善肌腱的滑动功能。两种移植肌腱的生物力学检查无显著差异。结论:静脉动脉化肌腱游离移植优于游离肌腱移植,为静脉动脉化肌腱游离移植修复屈肌腱损伤提供了理论依据。
Objective:It is to prove the possibility of the free transferring of tendon with arterilized vein and to supply the base for clinical use.Method:New Zealand rabbits were used to perform free transferring of posterior muscle tendon with arterilized vein comparing with free transferring of the tendon.The gross and histological observation were performed while the biomechanic characteristics were tested during different periods after operation.Results:The free transferring of tendon with arterilized vein can impove the healing condition and sliding function of the transferred tendon,while reduce the local adhere formation.There is not sufficient difference between the biomechanic characteristics of the two kinds of tendon transferring.Conclusion:The free transferring of tendon with arterilized vein is better than just the free transferring.It supplies the theoretical base for the transferring to repair the injurg of digitorum flexor tendon.
