摘要
针对武器装备论证过程中武器系统能力评估的多专家多方案的评估问题,通过定性与定量相结合的思想,耦合层次分析法和幂指数计算方法给出了一个简单易行的融合群体意见共识的武器能力评估模型,并研制开发了相应的软件。通过对国外典型的SA–2、SA–6、SA-10A、响尾蛇、霍克等地空导弹武器的能力评价模拟,表明该方法和编制的软件系统能给武器系统能力评估提供科学的依据,取得较好的评估效果。
In connection with the question of the multi-experts and multi-plans evaluation about the armament system ability in the proof process of the weapon equipments,through the idea combining quality with quantity,we have gained a simple weapon ability evaluation model syncretizing the mutual recognition of community opinion and developed the corresponding software by unifying the level analytic method and the power exponent computational method.The ability evaluation imitation of the typical overseas surface-to-air missile armaments, such as SA-2,SA-6,SA-10A,Rattlesnake,Hawker and so on,indicates that this method and the compiled software can give the scientific basis to the evaluation of the weapon system ability and gain better evaluation effect.
