It has introduced the property of paraffin-base crude and deeply researched technology of the construction asphalt number 10 that was prepared by paraffin-base crude. Through substantive tests, it has found a process for the construction asphalt number 10, which is satisfied with GB/ T494-1998 criterion, can be made up of residual oil fraction through pressure reduction of paraffinbase crude and pitch through oil removing of propane. It has also shown a method of the construction asphalt number 10 producing which is made of paraffin-base crude.
