摘要
掺加含水沸石是中温化技术的一种。研究了掺加含水沸石后降低拌和及成型温度对沥青混合料的空隙率及其它路用性能的影响。通过试验得知,添加含水沸石后降低拌和及成型温度对混合料的空隙率及性能基本没有影响。从而通过添加含水沸石降低混合料的拌和及成型温度是可行的。并对添加含水沸石的中温沥青混合料进行了经济分析。
The use of hydrous zeolite is a type of warm mix asphalt. The tests of reducing the mix and molding temperature and void ratio measurement had been done in this case. Also rutting test, beam bending test and moisture damage test had been done on the samples. The results indicate that there is no obvious change in void ratio and laboratory character of mixtures. So it is feasible to reduce the temperature of mixing and molding of asphalt mixture without depressing its performance by using hydrous zeolite. Economics had been analyzed to warm mix asphalt mixture with hydrous zeolite.
