摘要
实验选用20只成年家犬对带蒂阔筋膜移植修复股骨头软骨缺损的能力进行研究。人为造成两后腿股骨头外侧1/2全层软骨面缺损,右侧移植带蒂阔筋膜,左侧空白对照。术后不同时期分别进行形态学、组织学及超微结构观察。实验结果表明,移植带蒂阔筋膜在关节腔内可转化成透明软骨,从而为临床阔筋膜移植治疗股骨头软骨缺损提供了客观依据。
The purpose of this experiment is to study the ability to repair femoral head cartilage defects with pedical fascia lata, and 20 adult domestic dogs were used . The full-thickness articular cartilage defects in lateral half-femoral head were made in two rear legs, the right had transplantation with pedical fascia lata, the left no grafts. Observing the resurfacing of the femoral head articular cartilage,histology and electron microscopical structure were performed at various periods after the operation . The experimental results showed that grafted fascia lata could survive and transform into the hyaline cartilage. So the experiment provided objective basis for clinical repair of femoral head cartilage defects with pedical fascia lata.
