焦作乐户行会组织——“郑王会”初考

A preliminary examination on Zheng Wang Association,the guild of professional folk musicians in Jiao Zuo City

文章依据作者田野调查实录和古文献资料,对焦作市民间乐户信仰郑王及郑王会做了初步考述,认为郑王即明代的科学和艺术巨星朱载堉,探讨了朱载堉的出生日期及郑王会的形成与消亡原因。

Based on field work and documentation, the author makes a preliminary examination on Zheng Wang Association and the belief of Zheng Wang among the professional folk musicians in Jiaozuo City, and comes to the conclusion that Zheng Wang is Zhu Zaiyu, the science and art superstar of the Ming Dynasty. The article also discusses Zhu＇s date of birth, and the formation and reasons of disappearance of Zheng Wang Association.
