摘要 5-羟色胺及其受体广泛分布于胃肠道。5-羟色胺7受体有多种生理功能,对胃肠运动和感觉的调控有重要作用。对5-羟色胺7受体的分子结构、组织分布、生理功能已进行了相关研究,并日益受到重视。深入开展5-羟色胺7受体在消化道的生理功能和功能性胃肠病中的病理机制的研究,有助于进一步阐明功能性胃肠病的发病机制及开发新的有效治疗药物。 Serotonin and its receptors exist extensively in gut. 5-HT7 receptors discovered several years ago have many physiological function, especially acting an important role in regulating gastrointestinal sense and motility. It have been researched about this serotonin receptors molecular structure, distribution in body and physiological function and thought highly increasingly. It is helpful for illustrating the pathomechanism of functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGID) and discoverying new effective drugs to research deeply 5-HT7 recptor physiological function and pathological role in FGID.
