胃癌肿瘤标志物在胃癌的诊断、治疗及预后判断中发挥重要作用。此文概述胃癌发生发展过程中的分子生物学改变,列出可能用于预测胃癌的肿瘤标志物及其在临床中的应用。
Various genetic and molecular alterations are found in gastric cancer that underline the malignant transformation of gastric mucosa during the multistep process of gastric cancer pathogenesis. It is becoming possible to use molecular markers in differential diagnosis, prognostic evaluation, and specific clinical interventions. This review describes current knowledge of the molecular markers of gastric cancer, as well as their potential clinical applications.
