蛋白质组学技术的发展为发现新的生物标记物提供了机会。表面增强激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(Surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight masss pectrometry)就是一种新兴的有发展前途的蛋白质组技术。此文就其在消化道肿瘤早期诊断研究中的应用作一综述。
Recent advances in proteomics offer opportunities to rapidly identify new biomarkers or pattern of markers for early diagnosis of cancer. The surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry （SELDI-TOF-MS） is one of the most promising approaches to achieve the goal. This article introduces the application of the new technology in the early diognosis of digestive systemic cancers.
