摘要
总结船舶柴油机“拉缸”故障的表现和产生原因,比较对此故障进行诊断的传统方法,着重分析缸体振动信号、声发射信号和柴油机扭振信号等3种振动诊断方法的基本原理和优缺点,最后提出采用扭振信号结合缸体振动的时域信号进行拉缸故障诊断的方法.
The phenomena and causes of marine diesel cylinder score fault are summarized. The traditional diagnosis methods of the fault are compared and the fundament and characteristic of three vibration methods: body vibration signal, acoustic emission signal and diesel torsional vibration signal are analyzed. At last, a method with both torsional signal and body vibration time-domain is put forward for marine diesel cylinder score fault diagnosis.
