Some Ideas about the Unified Urban and Rural Development of Xinjiang

城乡统筹发展是社会、政治、经济、自然协调发展的基础和前提,也是新疆全面实现小康社会的必然要求。因此,只有深刻认识新疆城乡在制度、经济发展战略、产业性质以及经济结构等方面的差异,才能准确找到城乡统筹发展的基本路径。

Unified urban and rural development is the base and prerequisite of regularly developing society, politics, economy and nature, and also the basic demand of realizing all-roundly the well-off society in Xinjiang. Therefore, only by having a deep understanding of the various differences in cities and countryside of Xinjiang concerning the systems, economic develotm^ntal strategies, industrial nature and economic structure etc, can we find a basic path of unified urban and rural development accurately.
