大庆市乳腺癌患病情况调查

A screening of breast cancer in Daqing city

目的了解大庆地区乳腺癌的发病趋势,寻找提高乳腺癌早期检出率的方法。方法收集大庆市城区2000年~2005年妇女病普查的乳腺普查资料。根据乳腺癌的检出情况、年龄分布、临床分期、职业分布、发病趋势等情况进行调查分析。结果检出乳腺癌患者49例,乳腺癌患病率平均为38.92/10万。按照年龄分组40-49岁组检出19例占检出比例的38.78%,为本地区乳腺癌高发年龄段（χ^2=19.11,P=0.001〈0.05）;按照职业分为干部组和工人组,工人组乳腺癌患病率高,检出36例（73.5%）,χ^2=4.313,P=0.038〈0.05。结论应教会妇女乳腺自检方法,定期开展妇女乳腺癌普查。应用近红外线乳腺扫描仪检测,可提高乳腺癌的检出率。

Objective To investigate prevalence trend of breast cancer in Daqing city so as to find out methods to improve detectable rate of early breast cancer. Methods The screening data of breast cancer in Daqing city over a period from 2000 to 2005 were analyzed. In screening of mastosis, breast palpation and near infrared galactophore scanner were used for bilateral breast fluoroscopy. Results The incidence rate of breast cancer was 38.92 per one hundred thousand women. After age of 20 years old, the incidence increased sharply and the age of 40 - 49 years old was the high-incidence age period for breast cancer of women in Daqing city（x^2 = 19.206, P = 0.001 〈 0.05）, Between the carder subgroup and the worker group, there was relatively significant difference in the incidence of breast cancer （X^2 = 4. 398 ,P = 0. 036 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The self-checkup of breast and screening of gynecopathies should be conducted regularly. Application of near infrared galactophore scanner for bilateral breast fluoroscopy can raise the detectable rate of breast cancer.
