《虐待儿童防止法》及统计儿童虐待事件的意义

《Child Abuse Prevention Law in Japan》 and significance of counting up number of child abuse events

虐待对儿童身心健康发展有着极大的危害,而且其危害可能波及孩子的整个人生过程。避免和减少虐待儿童事件的发生已成为全社会和全体公民的责任。该文通过介绍日本的《虐待儿童防止法》及其实施后的积极效果,结合中国近几年虐待儿童事件报道的统计分析,揭示中国制定适应新的社会形式的《虐待儿童防止法》的紧迫性和重要性,以便加强中国防止虐待儿童工作的进行。

Abuse brings severe harms to mental and physical development of the child. Moreover, this harm lasts whole life of the child. It is responsibility of whole society and all citizens to avoid and reduce child abuse event. The following article introduced（Child Abuse Prevention Law in Japan） and positive effects of the law after being implemented. Combining statistic data and analysis of child abuse events in recent years in China, we revealed urgency（pressing） and importance to make such a law-Child Abuse Prevention Law in China fit for new social situation of China so as to strengthen the work of child abuse prevention in China
