摘要 玻璃化冷冻技术近年来在卵巢功能低温保存中已取得了可喜成绩,尤其是在卵细胞的冷冻保存中显示出其优越性。玻璃化技术可明显减少细胞内冰晶的形成,最大限度的降低细胞的损伤,但该技术尚不完善,卵细胞与卵巢组织的冷冻仍未达到令人满意的效果,很多问题还有待进一步的深入研究,如冷冻保护剂种类、浓度、程序、载体等。 As an advanced method of cryopreservation, vitrification shows some advantages and its effect is approved delectable in cryopreservation of ovary(including oocyte and ovarian tissues), especially in cryopreservation of oocyte. Most investigators thought that vitrification may be the future of cryopreservation, because it can decrease formation of ice crystals in the cells and decrease the damage at the largest degree. But this technique is imperfect jet now and in the cryopreservation of oocyte and ovarian tissues, satisfactory effects are not achieved, there are still many problems need to be resolved, such as kind and concentration of cryopretectants, process, carrier and so on. This article reviewed research status of vitrification of ovary.
