Proceeding from the target of maximizing returns on equity demanded by investors, the models that can be used to calculate the net present value and internal return ratio considering factors of loan financing are put forward and the calculating results will be the basis of making investment decision. The quantitative analysis of the influence of different loan terms on the equity raao of ship equity investor is made, that will help ship investors choose suitable loan terms.
