摘要
本文针对人体解剖图像的分割课题,基于HIS彩色空间提出了一种联合算法。先用人工选取种子点的区域增长算法确定待分割组织的主体区域,再利用边缘跟踪法对细节处理较好的特点精确定位边界,从而达到准确分割的目的。从实验结果看,达到了较好的分割效果。
In order to solve the problem in the anatomic image segmentation, this paper presents a combined algorithm based on HIS color space. First, the authors uses regional growing algorithm based on seeds point selected by manual work to ascertain the main area awaits to be segmented, then taking advantage d the precision of the edge tracing methed to precisely define the boundary and thus to attain the precise segmentation. The simulation results show the effectiveness d this methed.
