摘要
目的了解临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Pa)耐消毒剂-磺胺基因(qacE△1-sulⅠ)及β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药相关基因存在状况。方法自临床分离40株Pa,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测qacE△1-sulⅠ基因及12种β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药相关基因(TEM、SHV、OXA-10群、CTX-M-1群、PER、VEB、GES、CARB、IMP、VIM、DHA和oprD2)。结果40株中qacE△1-sulⅠ基因阳性19株(47.5%),CARB基因阳性18株(45.0%),oprD2基因缺失35株(87.5%),其余基因均阴性。结论临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药严重,qacE△1-sulⅠ基因及CARB基因携带率高,oprD2基因缺失严重。
Objective To investigate the disinfectant-resistant gene of qacE Δ 1-sul Ⅰ and drug-resistant genes associated β-lactams in Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated in Lishui, Zhejiang. Method 40 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from hospitalized patients,and the gene of qacE Δ 1-sul Ⅰ and drug-resistant genes associated β-lactams were detected by PCR. Results The positive rates of genes of qacE Δ 1-sul Ⅰ were 47.5 %, and CARB were 45.0%, 35 strains oprD2-gene was lack. Genes of TEM,SHV, OXA-IO group,PER, VEB,GES,IMP, VIM and DHA were not found in all 40 isolated tested. Conclusion The multiple-drug-resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from Lishui People, s Hospital is a serious issue, and there are very high percentages of qacE Δ 1-sul Ⅰ and CARB genes.
