超声引导下介入治疗盆腔囊肿的疗效观察

Ultrasound-guided interventional treatment of pelvic cysts

目的探讨超声引导下介入治疗盆腔良性囊肿的疗效。方法对107例盆腔良性囊肿患者,采用超声动态监测、定位,抽吸盆腔囊肿内容物,冲洗囊腔,并随访观察疗效。结果107例盆腔囊肿中,99例穿刺次成功,8例囊肿有分隔行2-3次破隔穿刺。巧克力囊肿治愈20例,缩小5例,无效3例;单纯性囊肿39例全部治愈,手术后形成的包裹性积液25例均在介入治疗后2周消失。输卵管重度积液及松解术后再积液15例,治愈9例,有效6例。结论根据病情使用药物介入治疗盆腔囊肿操作简单,创伤小,疗效高,无并发症,是一种安全可靠的治疗方法,可达到与开腹手术切除囊肿基本相同的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of benign pelvic cyst using ultrasound - guided interventional therapy. Methods For 107 cases of benign pelvic cysts, we used ultrasound dynamic state monitoring, positioning, aspirating pelvic cyst content, then washing cyst cavity and follow up curative effect. Results Among 107 cases of pelvic cysts, 20 chocolate cysts were cured, 5 cases of them were shnmk, 3 cases of them were inefficacious. 39 cases with simple cysts were cured. 25 postoperatively formed fluid inclusions disappeared after two weeks of intervention therapy. For the 15 cases with severe sactosalpinx or re- sactosapinx after lyses, 9 cases of them were cured, 6 cases of them were effective. Conclusion Ultrasound interventional therapy plays an important role in the treatment of cystica gynecological diseases and makes it easier for the simplified therapy under the micro - traumatic method. It is a safe method which can have the same effect as laparotomy for cysts.
