摘要 本文通过辐照样品的溶胶分数测定,双键转化分析等,研究不饱和聚合物1,2-聚丁二烯的辐射交联和环化。并对辐照样品的交联网状结构生成进行了理论分析和讨论,提出了无规链式反应交联溶胶分数S与辐照剂量R(或交联指数γ)关系式 logS=-AR^(1/2)+B=-A’γ^(1/2)+B’由此获得辐照无规1,2-聚丁二烯相关的交联参数等信息。关于交联G值与样品分子量的关系也在文中进行了讨论。 In this paper, the gamma-radiation effect on random 1,2-polybutadienewas studied by measureing sol fraction, double bonds conversion (by IR) etc. Thenetwork formation of irradiated unsaturated polymer was analysed and discussed theo-retically. For the random chain reaction of irradiation 1,2-PB the relation between solfraction S and radiation dose R/or crosslinking index γ/can be expressed as follows:Log S=-AR1/2+B=-A'γ1/2+B'and from this, some information on crosslinking of irradiated unsaturated polymer sys-tem can be obtained. For the random 1,2-PB with high 1,2-unit contet, both intermolecular crosslink-ing and intramolecular cyclization take place simultaneously during irradiation, andcyclization reaction exceeds crosslinking formation G(cy)>G(c. l). The effect of mo-lecular weight of irradiated sample on radiation crosslinking was also discussed.
