摘要
目的观察党参水煎提取物对记忆障碍小鼠的学习记忆功能的影响。方法以东莨菪碱造成小鼠记忆获得障碍和乙醇造成小鼠记忆再现障碍,用跳台法和电迷宫测试小鼠的学习记忆能力,测定小鼠大脑组织乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以探讨其作用机理。结果党参水煎提取物20、10g/kg对记忆障碍小鼠的学习记忆功能有不同程度的改善作用,且增加大脑组织SOD活性。结论党参水煎提取物具有一定的益智抗痴呆作用。
Objective To observe the effects of the decoction extracted from Codonopsis pilosula on the learning and memory disturbance induced by chemicals in mice. Methods Memory disturbance was induced by scopolamine in 10 mice and Mimory playback disturbance was produced by alcohol in another 10 mice. The learning and memory were determined by jumping test and Y maze in all the mice. The activities of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) and SOD in the brain tissues were determined in all the mice. Results The decoction extracted from Codonopsis pilosula improved the learning and memory , and enhanced the AchE and SOD activities of the brain tissues in the mice with memory or memory playback disturbances. Conclusion It is suggested that the decoction extracted from Codonopsis pilosula may improve the learning and memory and prevent dementia.
