The application of PLC in the continuous starch preparation for papermaking

造纸淀粉系统可以分为间歇制备过程与连续制备过程。为了配合高速抄纸生产线,采用LGMK120S既可以对工艺流程进行全过程监控,实现淀粉自动蒸煮;同时也采用半开环控制与比例-半微分控制相结合的算法结合PLC的联网控制功能,实现造纸工艺主站和淀粉化学品从站的通讯功能,确保了淀粉连续制备流程的自动运行。

The papermaking starch system can be divided into batch process and continuous process. In order to match the high speed paper machine system, LG MK120S PLC was adopted for it can control and monitor the whole process for the automatic cooking of starch; meanwhile the algorithm of a combination of half open-loop control and proportion-half differential control was adopted in connection with the control function of PLC networking for the realization of the communication between the main station of paper machine and the sub-station of the starch system, thus the continuous preparation of starch was ensured.
