The conventional defoaming methods and their effect are analyzed and the practical design proposal of the blower fan defoaming is described. To defoam with blower fan in connection with defoamer, the foam that cannot be naturally eliminated in the black liquor can be led into the black liquor by differential pressure, and then naturally defoamed with defoamer, and the remnant foams after defoaming can be sucked with the blower fan and further treated in a seperator. The advantages of the method are obvious with an apparent effect.
