HPLC法测定新复方大青叶片中绿原酸的含量

Determination of chlorogenic acid in tablets of xin fu fang daqingye by HPLC

目的 建立复方大青叶片中绿原酸含量的HPLC测定法。方法 采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱，流动相：乙腈-0.4％磷酸溶液（11：89），流速为1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为327nm。结果线性范围：4．64～23．2mg·L^-1（r=0．9998）。精密度：RSD为0．61％（n=5）平均回收率为98．7％。结论 试验表明，该方法简便，快速，结果准确，重现性好。

Aim To develop a method for determining content of chlorogenic acid in tablets of xin fu fang daqingye by HPLC. Method HPLC was used with C18 column, acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoricacid （11：89 ） as mobile phase and detection wavelength was 327 nm ,flow rate was 1. 0 ml· min^- 1. Result The linearity was obtained over the range of 4.64 ～ 23.2 mg·L^- 1 （ r = 0. 999 8 ）. The average recovery was 98.7% , and RSD was 0.61% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for the control quality of tablets of xin fu fang daqingtye.
