摘要
本文以大肠杆菌为实验模型,用营养培养基代替食品,经一定剂量^(60)Coγ射线辐照处理后,观察在此培养基上的生长情况。用自动微生物鉴定系统观察其酶代谢的变化,并以同一菌株在未经辐照的培养基上生长,转种传代以作对照。无论从细菌形态学、染色特性、抗原结构(血清型)、还是生化代谢类型等指标看,结果均与原菌株一致。说明具有多种营养成份的培养基,经一定剂量60Co辐射后,并不影响生物的正常生理代谢功能,也没有发现诱发远期后代改变。
This article mainly deals with the observation of the growth ofEscherichia coli, which was used as an experimental model on a nutritional medium,which isused as a food-substitute and pretreated with a certain dosage of ^(60)Cojrradiation. In the meantime. an Automicrobio system can be used to observe the va-riations of enzymic metabolism in contrast with the growth and generation-transferen-ce of the same bacterial strain on a non-irradiated medium. It is shown that cither in terms of microbic morphology, strain character. anti-genic structure (Serum type) or of biochemical metabolic type. The various results areall in perfect conformity with those of the original strain. This demonstrates thatthough given a certain dosage of ^(60)Co irradiation. the multi-nutritional medium doesnot affect the normal physiological metabolic function of the bacterial strain and in-duce mutagenesis in its further later generations.
