Influences of Magnetic Field on Ground State Energy of Strong Coupling Polarons in Parabolic Quantum Wires

摘要 本文研究磁场对抛物量子线中强耦合磁极化子基态能量的影响.采用Tokuda改进的线性组合算符法和变分法,在考虑电子与LO声子相互作用情况下,计算了抛物量子线中强耦合磁极化子的基态能量.数值计算结果表明:抛物量子线中磁极化子的基态能量E0随约束强度ω0、回旋频率ωc的增大而增大. Using Tokuta's improved linear combination operator and the variational methods, influences of magnetic field on ground state energy of strong - coupling polarons in parabolic quantum wires were studied. The ground state energy E0 of magnetopolaron was calculated. Numerical calculations illustrated that the ground energy of strong - coupling magnetopolaron in parabolic quantum wires was increased with increasing of confinement strength ω0 and cyclotron frequency toc.
