ERP是现在中国信息化建设中的热门话题，它体现了当今世界最先进的企业管理理念。Microsoft Dynamics^TM AX（Axapta）是微软公司近年在中国主推的ERP系统，在这里，通过对Axapta的体系结构进行分祈，阐述Axapta的三层架构技术的特点和Axapta应用对象服务（AOS）架构的特点。并结合分销行业的特点，举例说明Axapta如何在分销行业中应用。

Today, ERP is a hot topic in Chinese information construction; it embodies the advanced thinking in enterprise management. Recently, Microsoft DynamicsTM AX （Axapta） is Microsoft flagship ERP system in china. In here, I analyze the System architecture of Axapta and depict the characteristic of Axapta 3-Tier architecture and AOS architecture. And then, I illustrate the Axapta application in Distribution with analyzing the characteristic of Distribution.
