彝药养胃解毒胶囊治疗功能性消化不良50例

Treating Functional Dyspepsia With Yi Medical Yangweijiedu Capsules——a Report of 50 cases

目的:观察彝药养胃解毒胶囊治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:100例功能性消化不良患者随机分2组,治疗组50例,口服养胃解毒胶囊;对照组50例,口服吗丁啉,两组均服用4周后观察疗效。结果:两组临床疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),两组治疗前后症状积分比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01),两组症状缓解程度比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),说明治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:养胃解毒胶囊治疗功能性消化不良疗效确切。

Objective： To probe into clinical therapeutic effect of Yangweijiedu capsules on functional dyspepsia. Methods： 100 cases of functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatmen group （ n = 50） treated by oral administration of Yangweijiedu capsules and the control group （ n = 50） treated by oral motilium. Results： After Treatment for 4 weeks, there was a significant differenuce between the two groups in therapeutic effect （ P 〈 0.05 ）, cumulative scores of symptoms before and after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ） and the symptom relieving degree （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, suggesting that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion： Yangweijiedu capsules has a definite therapeutic effect on functional dyspepsia and it can significantly shorten the time of gastric emptying.
