弹性钛制髓内钉内固定治疗儿童胫腓骨干骨折12例

Treatment of Children's Shaft Fracture of Tibia and Fibula with Elastic Intramedullary Nail

目的:介绍一种治疗儿童胫腓骨干骨折的方法。方法:用弹性钛制髓内钉固定治疗儿童胫腓骨干骨折12例,结果:12例均获随访,随访时间6-24个月,平均2年。骨折愈合时间为45-80d,平均50d,无1例延迟愈合或不愈合,关节功能良好。结论:该方法具有损伤轻、操作简单、术后康复快等优点。

Objective： To present a method of treating children＇ s fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods： 12 cases of children＇ s fracture of tibia and fibula were treated with elastic intramedullary nails. Results： All cases were followed up. The follow-up time ranged from 6 months to 4 years, with an average of 2 years. The time of the fracture union was between 45 and 80 days, and 50 days on the average. None had delayed union. The function of the joints was satisfactory. Conclusion ： This method has the advantage of little lesion, easy to operate and quick to recover.
