摘要
应用定量酶细胞化学和环核苷酸免疫细胞化学方法,观察到小鼠经^(60)Coγ线8Gy整体照射后,腹腔巨噬细胞具有代表性的溶酶体酶AcPase,ANAE和ATPase活性发生明显变化,cAMP和cGMP免疫荧光强度随之改变,提示辐射效应在损伤细胞生物膜结构的同时,亦损伤与其相关的酶蛋白,这种损伤可能是通过影响其cAMP和cGMP起作用,并直接影响巨噬细胞对抗源物质的吞噬和处理,降低机体的免疫能力。
The effect of ionizing radiation on peritoneal macrophages of micewas investigated by means of the quantitative enzyme cytochemistry and the cyclicnucleotide immunocytochemistry. It was found that the activities of the lysosomalenzyme (AcPase and ANAE) and ATPase of macrophages were remarkably changedafter the animals were irradiated (^(60)Co γ-ray, 8 Gy). Further studies demonstratedthat the specific immunofluorescence of cAMP and cGMP in macrophages was appare-ntly influenced as compared with the control group. It is considered that ionizingradiation changes the structrue of membrane and enzyme proteins of macrophages bythe cyclic nucleotide (cAMP and cGMP). The mechanism of the effect of ionizingradiation on macrophage will be further studied.
