摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定健。肾解毒腹膜透析液（Ⅱ）冻干粉末中原儿茶醛含量的方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法测定原儿茶醛的含量。以甲醇-水-冰乙酸（体积比10：90：0．1）为流动相，检测波长为280nm。结果原儿茶醛在12．64～50．56μg·mL^-1范围呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9998，平均回收率为102．3％（n=6），RSD为1．96％。结论该方法简便快速，结果准确可靠，可用于健肾解毒腹膜透析液（Ⅱ）冻干粉末有效部位中原儿茶醛的测定。
Objective To develop an assay for the determination of protocatechuic aldehyde in Jianshenfiedu peritoneal dialysis solution （Ⅱ）. Methods A RP-HPLC was used on LiChroCART HPLC-Kartusche RP-18e colum with a mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid （ 10： 90：0.1 ） and the detection wavelength at 280 nm. Results The standard curver for protocatechuic aldehyde was linear in the range of 12.64 - 50.56 μg · mL^-1 and correlation coefficient was 0. 9998. The average recovery of the added sample was 102.3 % （ n = 6） with RSD 1.96 %. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate for the quality control of Jianshenjiedu peritoneal dialysis solution （Ⅱ） .
