摘要
本文研究了高压氧对^(60)Coγ线诱发外周血染色体畸变的影响,结果表明:高压氧本身对淋巴细胞染色体没有明显影响,但对辐射诱发淋巴细胞染色体损伤的恢复有一定促进作用。
Effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) treatment on chromosome aber-rations in peripheral lymphocytes in rabbits induced by ^(6o)Co γ-rays irradiation werestudied. It was found that there is no effect of HBO itself on chromosomes in peri-pheral lymphocytes, and definite promotion effect of HBO treatment on recovery ofchromosome damage in peripheral lymphocytes in rabbits induced by irradiation.
