摘要
计量管理工作是炼化企业发现生产问题,保证安全生产和控制生产成本的基础。将计量管理信息化是企业提高管理工作效率,推行生产活动标准化,提高企业竞争力的重要手段。通过对我国炼化企业生产活动中的计量绩效进行深入的分析,探索企业信息系统设计的新的途径和方法,以达到提高企业竞争力,促进企业赢利的目的。
The measuring management is an important work which a refmery enterprise to find out the production problem, to guarantee the product safety and to control the cost. It is an important measure to build measuring management information system to improve the work efficiency, and promote the production to standardize, and increase the enterprise competition ability. This text passes our country＇s refineries the quality in the production results to proceed the in-depth analysis, and investigate the new path to set up the enterprise information system with the method, then win benefit at attaining to build up the enterprise competition ability, promoting the purpose.
