医用皱纹纸单层阻菌效果研究

Retaining Effect of Medical Grade Wrinkle Paper on Bacteria

目的评价单层医用皱纹纸的阻菌效果。方法在不同的气候条件下,分别将180个用单层医用皱纹纸包装的无菌实验包保存于无菌间,分别于灭菌当天及存放7、14、30、60、90 d进行无菌试验。结果实验全部采用单层医用皱纹纸包装的360个实验包,在无菌间最长存放90 d,均无细菌生长,无菌实验全部合格。结论单层医用皱纹纸,用于无菌物品包装的阻菌效果是可靠的。

OBJECTIVE To appraise the bacteria retaining effect of unistrate medical grade wrinkle paper. METHODS Under the different climatic conditions, 180 sterile packages of wrinkle paper were preserved in sterile room and a sterile test was conducted after 7, 14, 30, 60, and 90 days. RESULTS None test showed the growth of bacteria in the 360 paper-plastic packages in this experiment, which had been kept in storage for 90 days at sterile room. All packages were qualified in the sterile test. CONCLUSIONS The effect is valid to package sterile items with medical grade wrinkle paper.
