摘要
焊接过程温度场、应力场一直是人们所关注的问题之一。本文采用相似准则,利用有限元法对磨机筒体最后一道盖面层焊进行分析。在热分析中采用Gauss分段移动热源模型,考虑了材料热物理和力学性能参数与温度的非线形关系,建立了焊接过程的物理模型,依据给定的焊接工艺参数,应用ANSYS软件实现了盖面层焊的三维动态模拟,得出了焊接温度场和残余应力的大小和分布规律。
The temperature and stress field in the welding process have always been one of problems concerned by researchers. The paper applies the similar rule to analyze the last pass cover welding by finite element analysis. In the thermal analysis, considering the nonlinear relationship between the thermo-physical and mechanical performance parameters of the material and the temperature, the line-Gauss heat source model is applied to establish the physical model in the welding process. In the model, according to given welding technical parameters, the three-dimensional dynamic simulation is realized with ANSYS software, and the size and distribution rule of the welding temperature field and the remnants stress are concluded.
