摘要
采用反滴加共沉淀法制备了钇铁石榴石YIG粉体及掺钆石榴石Gd∶YIG粉体,经XRD分析证实为石榴石结构。通过实验确定Y和Gd的制备比例为2.91∶0.09,900℃焙烧16h比饱和磁化强度为26.60 emu/g,比Y3Fe5O12的比饱和磁化强度20.77 emu/g增大了28.1%。
Yttrium iron garnet (YIG) powders were prepared by coprecipitation process, the structure of the garnet was proved by XRD. When the ratio of Y and Gd is 2.91 : 0.09, calcinating at 900℃ for 16 h, the specific saturation magnetization was 26.60 emu/g, compared with the value of Y3Fe5O12,the specific saturation magnetization increased 28. 1 percent.
