摘要 在剖析EC—D混合澄清器结构性能基础上,设计了双混浅层澄清室的混合澄清器。研究表明:该结构萃取器,在各种试验条件下,级效率均大于95.79%;在处理量等工艺条件相同时,混合澄清器的总体积可减少20%~50%;对操作条件响应快,有利于串级萃取体系快速建立平衡和稀土分离过程的自动控制;多级串联用于氯化稀土镧铈分离,分离效果与分液漏斗模拟一致。 A double mixer and flat settler of mixer-settler was designed on the basis of analyzing structure and performance of the EC-D mixer-settler clarifying device. Studies have shown that the stage efficiencies of this structure is greater than 95.79% under various kinds of experimental conditions. When such process conditions as handling capacity,etc, are the same, the total volume of the mixer-settler reduces 20%-50%. It responds fast when the operating condition changes, and rapidly builds a new balance of counter current extraction. It is also useful to set up the automatic control system of rare earth separation process. The method of multistage series is used in rare earth extraction of (LaCe)Cl3, and the separate result is the same with the simulation of separatory funnel.
