真空紫外稀土发光材料的研究进展

摘要 综述了国内外真空紫外稀土发光材料的发展。从真空紫外的激发机理,总结了稀土离子的f-f跃迁、f-d跃迁和电荷迁移带以及量子切割对发光效率的影响和能量转化效率的提高;并且阐述了真空紫外区稀土元素的能级结构及其一些跃迁产生的可能性。 The VUV luminescence of rare earth ions plays an important role in the development of color plasma display panels and new Hg-free florescent lamps. The developments of the VUV luminescence materials in home and abroad have been summarized in the present paper. The luminescence excitation mechanisms are understood well in terms of the high energy optical transitions (such as f-d transition and charge transfer band). The energy scheme of rare earth ions in the range of vacuum ultra violet has been offered in the paper. At the same time, the observed f- d transitions of rare earth ions are assigned in the work.
