河南省民办教育发展的问题与对策

The Problems with Development of Non-state Education in Henan and Its Countermeasures

随着教育体制改革的不断深化,河南省民办教育迅速发展,全省初步形成以政府办学为主、社会广泛参与的多元化办学格局,涌现了一大批办学水平较高、社会信誉良好的民办学校。但是,在民办教育发展过程中,也存在一些迫切需要解决的问题。本文通过对河南省民办教育事业发展现状的调研分析,梳理出影响发展存在的问题,进而有针对性地提出了具体的对策及建议。

With the deepening of the education system reform, non-state education has enjoyed a rapid development in Henan province. A primary complex frame of school running with government school as the mainstay and various social forces participated has come into being. A big amount of non-state schools with good accreditation and reputation has come to the stage as well. But with the development of the non-state education, some problems has arisen which call for urgent solution. The essay sorts out some problems which will influence the development of non-state education then puts forward some specific countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.
