体外模拟法是目前常用的研究胃肠道营养素的生物利用率的方法。其方法简单,成本低,时间短、效果好、因而应用很广。总结了体外模拟时需考虑的各项因素,包括胃的消化和胰的消化、pH调节、蠕动频率、膜的渗透等;同时概述了目前存在的问题并对以后的发展方向进行了展望。

Various in vitro models are currently used to study intestinal nutrient bioavailability. Becanse it is simple, low cost, short time, well effect and widely used. This concise summarizes important processes in the human intestine, like peptic and pancreatic digestion, adjustment of pH, peristaltic frequency and permeability characteristics of the enterocyte monolayer, which are relevant for bioavailability studies using in vitro models. At the same time sum up the present problem and prospect the development.
