摘要
通过对NaNO2-Al(N03)3-NaOH体系分光光度法测定总黄酮含量的研究,发现用60%的乙醇进行溶解定容效果是最好的,同时试验证明该方法不适用于对葛根素含量丰富物质的总黄酮的测定。
Through research of determining total flavonoids by using the method of spectrophotometry in the NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH system, the alcohol of 60% has the best effect in dissolving and filling of samples. And this method doesn't fit for the determining of total flavonoids which contain a lot of puerarin.
